Free Fire Hacker Report: Player Ruining Fair Gameplay

I am a Free Fire player on the Asia server and I would like to report a serious cheating problem. The user with the ID Uid1255608*** is using hacks in the game. Because of this player’s hacking, the match experience is completely unfair and it negatively affects normal players like me who try to play honestly. I encountered this hacker most recently on 2 July at around 4:30 p.m. During this match it was clear that the player was using illegal advantages, and this ruined the competitive balance of the game. After this incident, I contacted Free Fire customer support, but unfortunately I did not receive any support or a satisfying response about this situation. My clear expectation is that this account is investigated in detail and, if hacking is confirmed, that this ID is permanently banned from the game. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken so that honest players can enjoy a fair gaming environment.
