Free Fire Blacklisted My Account for Others’ Actions and Wiped My Progress

My Free Fire account on the Europe server, with the ID 1824781896, was blacklisted on December 6, and all of my ranks were reset. I believe the reason for this is that I unknowingly played a few matches with friends who were using cheats. I myself have never used any cheat programs or any software that would disrupt fair gameplay.

I am very upset that my account, which I worked hard on, was punished this way just because I played two or three matches with them. I have been investing effort into this game for a long time, and I earned my ranks entirely through my own work.

I kindly request that the status of my account be reviewed again and that my ranks be restored if possible. I believe I was unfairly penalized, and I would like this issue to be resolved.
