Free Fire Banned My Account Without Proof of Hacking

I am using an Oppo CPH2751 phone, and I am writing about my Free Fire account linked to UID 2600550964, which was banned on December 6, 2025. I was told that my account was banned for allegedly using hacks, but I have not used any illegal software, cheats, or hacks while playing the game.

After the ban, I contacted support, but I was only told that I had used hacks, without being given any clear proof or detailed explanation. This situation is very upsetting because I have invested a great deal of time and effort into this account, and I want to understand exactly why it was flagged.

I respectfully request that my account linked to UID 2600550964 be reviewed again in detail and that the ban be lifted if no illegal activity is found. In addition, I would like to receive a clear explanation, supported by specific reasons or evidence, regarding what triggered this ban and, if a mistake was made, an apology for the inconvenience caused.
