Free Fire Account Recovery Email Changed - Cannot Access
I am writing to report that my Free Fire account on the Indian server, which is linked to my Facebook account, was hacked around 4–5 months ago. After the hack, the recovery email of my account was changed without my permission and I completely lost access to the game. My in‑game name on this hacked account is HK_SMOKE¹² and my player ID is 2090304710. I have spent a significant amount of money on this account through diamond purchases, approximately between 35,000 and 45,000 (local currency), and all of these purchases were made legitimately by me. I can provide proof of purchase and diamond top‑up receipts if needed, so that you can verify that I am the real owner of this account. I have already reported this incident to support, but I have not received any response so far. Because of this situation, I have lost access to all the items and progress I obtained by spending both time and money. I kindly request that my case be reviewed, that my payment history and account details be checked, and that my hacked Free Fire account be recovered for me. I also request that the hacker’s access and the changed recovery email be removed, and my account be secured in my name again. I am ready to send all available purchase receipts and any additional information you may need to confirm my ownership.
