Garanti BBVA Reopened My Closed Credit Cards and Added False Debt
All debts on the credit cards in my account have been settled, and the unjust enforcement lawsuit that you filed against me has been halted upon our objection. It was acknowledged that all credit card debts were paid, that the cards were closed because you had settled their debts first, and that no credit card in my name exists on your online banking site; however, it appears that, in an absurd manner, the credit cards have been re-opened as if the debts had not been settled, with debts inconsistent with reality being added. Your system—and an EFT receipt along with an EFT inquiry number from another bank—confirms that all debts have been fully paid. Garanti BBVA are required to take the necessary action to correct this error and close the credit cards in my account whose debts have been completely settled. I wish to believe that this is not a malicious act but rather a system malfunction unworthy of your bank. I regret to inform you that if the unjust debts charged to the cards are not canceled and the cards in my account are not closed within 7 business days, I will initiate legal proceedings. I have sent you, via message reference number 1391873, the relevant receipts and the lawsuit file from your online banking site.
