Garanti BBVA Refuses to Give Me My Turkish Airlines Points After Campaign

I received an SMS confirming that I completed the campaign. I also verified it through the app. However, my campaign reward has not been credited. I did my best. I followed the campaign almost everyday. I have screenshot and sms that I achieved the campaign. But Garanti Bankası says they have mistake in their systems. And this bank just saying sorry for their mistakes. Sorry is not enough for me. I want my well deserved Turkish Airlines points. I spent almost €2000 for this campaign. If you don't give my points so you have to chargeback all money that I spent.
