Garanti Bonus Credit Card's Annual Fee Dispute

I'm writing to contest the ₺583 annual card fee charged to my Garanti Bonus credit card (ending in 5026) on July 19, 2024. I've been using this card regularly and making payments on time. I'm requesting the cancellation and refund of this fee based on the following legal provisions, without any additional conditions:

"Consumer Law, May 28, 2014, Article 31, Paragraph 3: Card-issuing institutions are obligated to offer consumers a type of credit card that does not charge annual membership fees or similar fees."

"As per Article 6 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077, amended by Law No. 4822, regarding unfair terms in contracts, the membership fee collected by your bank is considered an unfair term. This is because it does not correspond to any service and is part of a pre-prepared standard contract whose content cannot be negotiated or influenced."

"According to the final decision No. 2011/4736-11579 of the 13th Civil Chamber, and in line with Article 125 of the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Supreme Court of Appeals Assembly of Civil Chambers decision No. 2010/1-93-88, there is a definitive ruling that previously deducted card fees should also be refunded."

I formally request the cancellation of the ₺583 annual card fee and its refund to my card. I hope Garanti Bank will address this issue promptly and align their practices with consumer protection laws.
