Ganga Club Deposit Not Credited After ₹1,000 Payment

I deposited ₹1,000 into my Ganga Club game account from my Jio Payments Bank account on April 11, 2026. The amount was successfully debited from my bank balance, but it has still not been credited to my game account.
I contacted Ganga Club customer support, and they informed me that they have not received the deposit yet and that the amount would be credited once they receive it. However, a significant amount of time has passed since the transaction, and the ₹1,000 is still missing. It is neither available in my Ganga Club account nor refunded to my Jio Payments Bank account.
I request that my ₹1,000 deposit be immediately credited to my Ganga Club account. If this is not possible, I expect a clear and detailed explanation of what went wrong, along with a prompt resolution and refund of my money without any further delay.
