About 1.5 to 2 weeks ago, I bought a Valorant account through Gamermarkt, but right from the beginning, the account had constant issues. I kept receiving system-related warnings, including ones about BIOS settings—something you don’t expect with a freshly purchased gaming account.
I submitted a support ticket within the first 24 hours, hoping for assistance, but all I received was a generic Riot Games help link. The support team acted like I hadn’t tried anything on my own, offering no real help. Then, a week later, the account was suspended and locked.
When I contacted support again, they gave me excuses like “we need to reach the seller”, and eventually, they just closed the ticket without resolving anything. Now I can’t open a new ticket, my account is blocked, and I never received a refund.
