The account I bought from the site was taken back, and I keep being told that it's with the lawyer every time I inquire. I don't know how long this situation will last or what will happen. Gamermarkt had previously stated that my issue would be resolved, and after a year, the case was concluded. Now, another Valorant account of mine has been taken back, and the legal process is ongoing, but I am left in a difficult situation. Do I really need to file a complaint against the site? I bought the product from you. Gamermarkt, as the intermediary, should resolve my issue. I don't want to wait that long.
