Gameloft March of Empires: My Castle Removed in Kingdom 523, No Refund for ₺ Spent

I’ve spent around $1,000 on Gameloft's March of Empires in Kingdom 523, only to have my castle removed by the Game Loft team without any explanation or refund. It’s frustrating that despite investing a significant amount of money, there's no compensation offered. I've noticed that while they impose restrictions on some players without clear reasons, those who spend even more (₺30-50 thousand) seem to get away with anything. My government taxes small businesses for minor transactions, so I believe Gameloft should also be taxed in Turkey for the substantial financial transactions happening in their game. I want Gameloft to either restore my castle in Kingdom 523 (Turkish King) or refund the money I’ve spent.
