Mobile Legends Verification Code Never Arrives to My Email

I have been unable to access my long-time Mobile Legends account. I took a break from the game for a while, and during that period I also lost access to the email address linked to the account. Eventually, I successfully recovered the email account and attempted to log back into Mobile Legends. However, despite entering the correct registered email address, I never receive the verification code required to access the account. I do not receive any error message either; the code simply never arrives, leaving me unable to log in.
At the moment, I can still access the game using a different account. However, because no verification code is being sent to the email address associated with my main account, I remain locked out of the account that contains my progress and purchases.
I submitted two separate account recovery forms through the in-game support system and carefully provided details about both my old and current email addresses. Despite supplying the requested information, both applications were rejected on the grounds that I did not provide sufficient evidence. Since I cannot log into the account, I am unable to view or provide the account ID. However, I do possess numerous Google Play purchase records for in-game transactions made on the account, which can be used to verify that I am the legitimate owner.
I respectfully request that Moonton review my Google Play payment history and any other available ownership records to confirm that the account belongs to me. I also ask for assistance in restoring access to my Mobile Legends account and resolving the email verification issue that is preventing me from logging in.
As a long-time player who has invested both time and money into the game, I hope this matter can be reviewed manually and resolved fairly so that I can regain access to my account.
