Asphalt Legends Crashing After Update on PlayStation, Events Unplayable

I have been a long-time player of Gameloft’s Asphalt Legends on PlayStation. However, after the update released on April 2, I started experiencing a serious issue. Since the update, the game crashes during every event I join, causing me to be kicked out unexpectedly. Because of this, I have not been able to receive any rewards from events after April 2. Even though I usually rank highly, I have dropped significantly in the rankings due to being unable to complete events, and I am now at risk of being removed from my club.

During this period, I have submitted more than 30 bug reports through the game, including over 5 reports on April 6 alone. I have documented these issues with videos and screenshots, both for my own records and through the official reporting system. Despite all of this, I have not received a single response from Gameloft. There has been no explanation, no acknowledgment, and no fix for the issue so far. It is unacceptable for such a large company to show this level of disregard for its players.

My in-game account is on the PlayStation platform, and my player ID is u-8313316. I request an urgent update to fix this technical issue. If an immediate fix is not possible, I demand that all rewards I missed due to connection errors since April 2 be fully credited to my account. Additionally, I expect a clear response regarding the numerous bug reports I have submitted and want to see that my concerns are finally being taken seriously.
