Metin2 TR Bagajanamu Server Lag and Freezing Every 10 Minutes Since October 1

Since 01.10.2025, while playing Metin2 TR on the “bagajanamu” server, I have been experiencing severe lag and freezing roughly every 10 minutes. This issue has become a common problem not only for me but also for thousands of players. Even though we invest money in the game, we are not getting the value for what we pay, and our gameplay experience is constantly disrupted. I reported the problem to the support team (Report ID: 19956445), but no solution was offered and no proper attention was given. I play on a PC with a high-speed wired internet connection, yet the lag and freezing issues persist. I request that server optimization be carried out and, if possible, that the game be transferred to a better server. We expect an urgent solution to this problem.
