Even though we invest money in the game, we are not getting the value for what we pay, and our gameplay experience is constantly disrupted. I reported the problem to the support team (Report ID: 19956445), but no solution was offered and no proper attention was given. I play on a PC with a high-speed wired internet connection, yet the lag and freezing issues persist.
