League of Legends Ping Fluctuations Issue

I'm experiencing severe ping fluctuations in League of Legends. I've searched online and couldn't find anyone else with the same issue. The suggested solutions haven't worked, and I'm getting really frustrated. For the past two weeks, every game I join sees sudden ping spikes and freezes, making it impossible to climb out of Bronze rank. Sometimes even Vanguard crashes. I'm having trouble understanding the state of your servers. I live in Antalya, and when I play Counter-Strike 2, I connect through Vienna and Frankfurt without any ping issues or other problems. I've never experienced such severe ping fluctuations in any other game. Please find a solution as soon as possible, or if needed, I'm willing to pay extra to have a dedicated server.
