Freestyle Libre Reader No Longer Works with Updated Sensor—What Can I Do?

I bought my Freestyle Libre reader two years ago, and it was fully compatible with the Libre Sensor 1. Now, with the updated Libre Sensor 2, my reader is completely useless because it’s not compatible.

The device is still in perfect condition, but I can’t use it simply because of this forced upgrade. I spent good money on this product, and now it feels like it was made obsolete on purpose.

I want to return my reader to the company or find a solution to make it work with the new sensors. What are my options? It’s frustrating that a fully functional device is now unusable just because of an update. Freestyle Libre needs to provide support for customers in this situation!
