I ordered my Free Style Libre 2 Plus device online, and it was delivered to my address in Ankara via Yurtiçi Kargo. However, the device arrived crushed and damaged. Immediately after receiving it, I contacted the company both by email and phone. The company requested a cargo damage report, but the courier company refused to provide one. Since there is no report, the company does not accept a product replacement. I have been waiting for about two weeks for my issue to be resolved. I paid ₺6,200 online with my credit card, and no warranty certificate was provided for the product. All my contact and order details are already in their system. I am requesting that my crushed and unusable device be replaced with a new one.
