FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensors Stop Working Early On Xiaomi 12 Phone
I am experiencing a serious issue with the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors I purchased. We bought the sensors for my daughter and paired them through the app on my wife’s Xiaomi 12 phone. However, the first sensor, which was supposed to last 14 days, stopped working on its own 14 hours early. We applied the second sensor on Sunday, and it also stopped working in the same way after less than three days. We followed all usage instructions carefully and paired both sensors through the app without any issues. I purchased the sensors under the reimbursement program and paid an additional ₺1,380 for six sensors, with an invoice issued for each one. The shutdown problem occurred only with the Xiaomi 12 model phone; we did not experience this issue with any other device. This is the second time this problem has happened, and we are facing ongoing inconvenience. I called customer service, but since they only operate during business hours, I have not been able to receive support yet. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, that technical assistance be provided, or that the malfunctioning sensors be replaced. If my problem is not resolved, I will file an official complaint with the relevant authorities.
