I Signed Up But FreeDating Still Has Not Approved My Profile

I signed up for FreeDating more than a week ago, but my profile hasn't been approved yet. Every time I check, I still don't see any signs of progress or any explanation regarding why it's taking so long. They keep sending me email after email about all the claimed activity on the site—new members, people liking me, messages waiting, and so on. This makes things even more unclear. It seems dishonest to promote all this involvement when I can't even use the simplest features of having an active profile. When I joined, I had good reasons, but now I feel like I've been ignored. I at least expected a timely review or some kind of update instead of being left in the dark.
