Freecash Won’t Let Me Withdraw $130 After ID Verification
I have been using my account on the Freecash website for a long time, and I currently have a balance of about $130. Recently, I was asked to complete identity verification, and I successfully completed all the required steps. However, after completing the verification, whenever I try to withdraw my funds via crypto, my request is instantly rejected, and the system does not provide any error message or explanation.
My account is registered under ****************@gmail.com, and my user ID is 81766578. This issue has been ongoing for about one day. Even though I have not violated any rules and have not engaged in any fraudulent or suspicious activity, I am unable to withdraw my money and cannot find out why.
Despite contacting support multiple times through the help section, I have not received any response. I also reached out via email, but I have not received a reply there either. Being unable to access my $130 balance and not having anyone to address the issue with has caused me serious inconvenience.
I request that my account be reviewed, that my withdrawal requests—currently being rejected without reason—be approved, and that my $130 balance be paid out to me. I also ask for a clear and written explanation regarding this issue.
