About six months ago, my Freecash account was banned during the ID verification process. I later realized this happened because I had submitted my old ID card for verification. Once I understood the mistake, I tried to verify again with my new ID, but my request was completely ignored.
My account, registered under b*****@gmail.com**, still holds $25. Yet, I cannot re-submit my verification, nor can I withdraw my money. Strangely, even though my account is marked as banned, the platform still allows me to complete tasks—just not to get paid or properly verify my identity.
I have contacted Freecash support multiple times, but the only reply I ever receive is: “Your verification failed, you cannot resubmit.” No real solution or assistance has been offered.
I demand that my account be re-evaluated, that I be allowed to complete the verification process with my new ID, and that I be permitted to withdraw the $25 balance currently stuck in my account. I expect a fast and effective resolution, as it is unfair to block access to funds while refusing to provide a way to correct a verification mistake.
