Freebird Airlines Stalls Compensation Process Over Missing Receipt for Broken Wheel

During my flight with Freebird Airlines, when I retrieved my baggage on April 15, I noticed that the bottom wheel section was broken and completely torn off, rendering my suitcase completely unusable.

Upon applying to the airline regarding the damage incurred, I was asked to provide various documents. I submitted all other requested documents in full via email. However, despite repeatedly stating that I do not possess the purchase invoice for the suitcase, they persistently continue to demand only the receipt and consequently refuse to move the process forward. I communicated via email and also called customer service, but no solution was offered, and they failed to take responsibility or address my grievance.

I demand that Freebird Airlines compensate for the financial damage caused by my broken baggage through a reasonable alternative method without requiring a purchase receipt, and resolve my hardship as soon as possible.
