Freebird Airlines Loses Entire Flight's Luggage on Medina-Diyarbakır Route FH6042
On June 3, 2026, I traveled on Freebird Airlines flight FH6042 from Medina to Diyarbakır. Prior to the flight, my baggage weighed approximately 30 kg, adhering strictly to the standards provided to me, and no issue was raised during check-in. Despite this, my baggage did not arrive with the aircraft, and I have received zero information regarding my luggage since that moment.
Since landing in Diyarbakır, I have been unable to reach any representative from the airline or find a valid point of contact. I observed that many other passengers on the same flight were also missing their luggage, leaving us all in a position of hardship. Alongside my clothes and personal belongings, my bag contains items of high monetary value, dates, private personal effects, and most importantly, gifts I purchased for my two daughters in Medina. This situation has caused me severe financial and emotional hardship.
My PNR code for this flight is A2D2N8. Despite this, I have received no SMS, call, or written communication regarding the whereabouts of my baggage. I would like to state that I am considering filing a compensation lawsuit with the judicial authorities as of June 5, 2026.
I demand that my baggage be urgently located and delivered to me in its entirety—including all items of high monetary value, my dates, personal belongings, and the gifts for my daughters—as soon as possible, and that I be contacted immediately to resolve the hardship created.
