Garena Free Fire Suspended My Account After I Used a VPN on Android

I’m writing about the suspension of my Garena Free Fire account on Android. My in-game name is “veer ff,” my UID is 1577322295, and my server is India. My account was suspended on December 17, 2025, while I was playing. At the time, my internet connection was very slow, so I used a VPN and played in Craftland mode. Suddenly, my character glitched, and right after that, my account was suspended. I have never used hacks, cheats, or any illegal third-party tools; I only used a VPN because of network issues, and I believe that may have triggered the suspension by mistake. I’ve been playing on this account for about seven years, and during that time, I’ve invested a lot of time and money into it. Losing access to this account is extremely upsetting because of the effort and purchases I’ve made over the years. I respectfully request a detailed review of my account and that the suspension on my Free Fire account “veer ff” (UID 1577322295, India server) be removed so I can continue playing. If there is a specific reason, record, or log showing a violation, I also request a clear explanation so I can understand what happened.
