Free Fire Diamond Ban After Refund—Account ID 2795735579

About six months ago I loaded diamonds worth approximately $100 into my Free Fire account. After that I became worried and requested a refund for the payment. Following the payment refund, all the items I purchased with those diamonds were removed from my account, and a diamond ban was imposed on my account.
When I contacted the support team about this issue, I received a negative response and the diamond ban was not lifted. I am now unable to play properly or use my account as I previously did.
I demand that my diamond ban be removed and that my account be restored so that I can use it normally again. My ID is: 2795735579.
