Free Fire Support Ignored My Ban Appeal

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account linked to my Google account on my Android device, with in‑game ID 4899511644, which was banned on February 25, 2025, for alleged use of third‑party applications. I would like to state that I want to continue playing the game fairly, and I am requesting a permanent unban of this account. Although the system indicates that the ban was due to third‑party apps, I respectfully request that my account be rechecked in detail and that a manual review be carried out if possible. I have already contacted support about this issue, but the problem has not been resolved, and my account remains banned. I kindly ask you to conduct a thorough investigation of my account and remove the ban if no definitive evidence of cheating or abuse is found. I would like to recover my progress and continue using my account normally, and I request a permanent unban or, at the very least, a detailed explanation of the specific violations attributed to my account.
