Free Fire Max India Guest Account Permanently Banned After Friend Used Panel

I had a Free Fire India guest account that was permanently banned about 2 years ago. I did not make any top ups or spend money on this account, but I had been playing on it before the ban and was using it as my main account. Before the ban happened, I gave my ID to a friend, and he used a panel on the account. After that, the account received a permanent ban. I later contacted Free Fire/Garena support about this situation, but I did not receive any solution and my account has remained banned, so I am now forced to play on a second account. I request that my permanently banned Free Fire India guest account be reviewed again, taking into account that the panel was used by my friend after I shared my ID with him. I would like to receive clear information about the reason for the permanent ban and, if possible, I kindly ask for the unban of my account so that I can use it again.
