I have been playing Free Fire Max in India using a Google account login, and in 2024 my account was suddenly banned. When I tried to find out the reason, I saw that the ban was applied on the grounds of using a third‑party application. I have never used any third‑party apps, cheats, or unauthorized tools on my account, so I believe this decision is a mistake. After my account was banned, I already contacted Free Fire support and requested a review, but they still did not unban my account and kept the decision unchanged. I can no longer access my game progress and the time I have invested in the game.
