Unfortunately, we've come to realize that we made a mistake by trusting the size and quality of the Franke brand. We've been using this Franke dishwasher for about 5 years now, but unfortunately, it started to rust and fall apart in the lower and upper baskets. Before, we used a popular brand and didn't have any issues like this. We don't want to use the dishwasher anymore because the baskets have rust on them. This could leave rust marks on our dishes and glasses when we wash them. We're worried that using the dishwasher to clean our everyday dishes might become a health problem. I want the Franke representatives to know about this situation and quickly replace these baskets because they have a manufacturing defect. If this problem isn't fixed, I won't like Franke anymore and I won't suggest it to my friends. I don't get why they're using a material that easily corrodes and breaks.
