Poor Treatment by Four Seasons Bosphorus Staff During Outdoor Cinema Event
On August 28, during an outdoor cinema event at the Four Seasons Bosphorus, I experienced unacceptable behavior from a female staff member who attempted to make us move from the seats we were initially assigned. I reported this mistreatment over the phone, and Mr. M****** attempted to make up for it by inviting us to another cinema event to compensate for the experience.
However, the apology turned out to be even more frustrating. When I was called to confirm attendance, I mentioned it would be for two people. Later, a friend unexpectedly arrived from out of town, and I asked if they could join. The person on the phone said it might be possible, but Mr. M****** later refused and said he would let me know if there was an opening. No follow-up occurred, and when I messaged Mr. M****** to inform him we couldn’t attend, I didn’t even receive a polite reply.
This poorly handled gesture to "make up" for the previous incident has made the situation worse. If this were a three-star hotel in F****, I’d have lower expectations, but such unprofessional behavior from your staff at a prestigious property like the Four Seasons is shocking. Please address this matter urgently.
