Ford Workers Treated Us Badly, Exorbitant Prices And Service Policy

I'm the owner of the vehicle with plate number 31 A** **** at Ova Ford service in Iskenderun. Despite being in an earthquake-prone area, your service applies high pricing policies, and they took our car, which has 60,000 kilometers, into service, falsely indicating it has only 30,000 kilometers. Due to the negligence and indifference during a routine maintenance, unnecessary filters were added, turning the normal cost, which is usually 3-4 thousand lira, into 8 thousand lira. Additionally, you return the serviced car without washing it. Communication with the employees at your service center is highly problematic; when we address something to them, there is no follow-up. We encounter an attitude of "If you want, you can leave" towards customers, which is very uncomfortable. It would be great if you could witness the situation here under the Ford brand name.
