Our company has approximately 150 vehicles maintained exclusively at Ford service centers without any external intervention. One of our Ford Focus vehicles has developed an engine fault, and although the service center itself confirmed that it was not due to user error, we are being presented with a bill of ₺112,000. Initially, we were told, "Hand the vehicle over to the service center, and we will take care of everything." Now Ford seems to be saying, "Yes, I produced a defective vehicle, but I am making you pay for my mistake. I promised to help at first, but after the repairs were done, I changed my mind and expect you to cover the cost." My response to this is: shame on you. Instead of sending vehicles to your service centers and paying twice as much as external service providers, I would rather have the maintenance done outside, save money, and use that savings to cover repairs without relying on your empty promises or warranties. I am pulling all of my vehicles in Ankara out of your service centers!
