It began with a routine inspection, the mechanics decided to test drive the vehicle without refueling the engine. Because of this, the engine overheated, which severely damaged the gasket on top of the cylinder. The technicians were so embarrassed by their error that they poured antifreeze into the overheated engine in an attempt to cover it up. This only served to exacerbate the damage and eventually cracked the cylinder head. They installed a part that wasn't compatible, the car's original condition has been impacted by this unauthorized modification.
