I encountered a completely unacceptable situation with my Istanbul-Erivan and Erivan-Istanbul flights. The schedule was altered to the point where completing the trip is impossible, yet Fly One refuses to allow refunds or changes.
My flight with PNR number Ycterk was originally scheduled for February 6th. However, it was changed to depart Erivan to Istanbul at 19:00 and return from Istanbul to Erivan at 21:30 on the same day. This makes no sense—I live in Istanbul. How am I supposed to be in Erivan for the departure flight?
When I contacted customer service, their response was infuriating: Fly One doesn’t allow changes or cancellations. Any reputable airline would have offered free changes or refunds in such circumstances. I demand Fly One fix this issue immediately.
