I ordered 3 Altınyıldız brand t-shirts from Trendyol on August 7, 2023. The total cost was 566.97 TL. My order number is 2760636250. I placed another order on August 15, 2023, with order number 2189768607. I bought 2 items from the Flormar brand, and the total cost was 165.98 TL. I got a return code for the first and second purchases, but then I decided not to return the second one. I had to return the small T-shirts I bought. I gave them back to a Trendyol Express representative named S***** at my workplace, which is the goods acceptance area of Ankara Bilkent City Hospital. But, even though I gave back the shirts, I only got my money back for one of the Flormar lipsticks. I reached out to Trendyol Customer Service and Trendyol Express multiple times, but they didn't offer any solutions. Right now, I have two lipsticks, but I still haven't received a refund for the T-shirts I ordered, which cost 566 TL. I need help with getting a refund for the t-shirts and adjusting the refund for the lipstick that I already received.
