Flormar Extreme Tattoo Eye Pencil Sharpening Problem

In January, I purchased 4 units of Flormar Extreme Tattoo eye pencil from Bim Market, but all of them turned out to be problematic. When I try to sharpen the pencils, the tip sticks to the sharpener and does not remain on the pencil, so I cannot use them properly. Because of this situation, I cannot benefit from any of the 4 products I bought. Today I also submitted my complaint through the Flormar store via sikayetvar.com to report this issue. I kindly request that these 4 defective Flormar Extreme Tattoo eye pencils be replaced with properly functioning products so that I can use what I paid for without any issues.
