Flirt.com Sends English Responses Despite Turkish Inquiry

I filed a complaint against Flirt.com, but the response I received from the site was in English, even though I communicated with them in Turkish and received Turkish responses initially. Why am I now being forced to deal with an English response?
I am not obligated to know English, and their decision to reply in a language I did not use is both disrespectful and a clear attempt to complicate the process. This feels like an intentional delay tactic to avoid addressing my concerns properly.
I request that Flirt.com provide their response in Turkish, just as my initial inquiries were written. Additionally, I would like to send you email correspondence containing details of their payment requests, bank names, and account numbers. Please provide me with an email address where I can share this information. I expect prompt assistance in ensuring that Flirt.com responds appropriately and does not dismiss my concerns.
