Flex City Paid Item Missing After Google Play Purchase

I purchased a video for approximately $1 in Flex City to get rid of advertisements. I made the payment on Monday through the Google Play Store. The amount was charged to my account, but the item I purchased was not credited to my game account, and there was no reduction in the advertisements.

Since I made the payment through the Google Play Store, I do not have a separate receipt or transaction number. I was not aware that I could submit a support request, so I have not contacted in-game support or submitted a request through Google Play until now.

I request that the product I paid for to remove advertisements be fully credited to my Flex City account and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
