Truck Simulator Ultimate Fails to Deliver Paid VIP Subscription Rewards

I purchased a VIP subscription in the game Truck Simulator Ultimate for $1. During the purchase, the game promised 250,000 in-game cash and a random truck. I completed the payment via Google Play and confirmed that the subscription shows as active in my Google Play account.

However, despite the subscription being active, the promised 250,000 cash and random truck were never added to my account. Even after restarting the game multiple times, nothing changed.

I demand that these paid VIP subscription benefits be credited to my account, or if that is not possible, that my payment be fully refunded.
