If FlareFlow charged you but didn’t activate your subscription,
Fix the issue by restoring your purchase and syncing your account;
• Check subscription status;
– App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions
– Make sure FlareFlow shows “Active”
– Confirm payment was completed
• Restore purchases;
– Open app → Settings / Account
– Tap “Restore Purchases”
– Refresh subscription status
• Important:
– The app may not recognize your payment until restored
– Wrong account = subscription not detected
• Check your account login;
– Log out → log back in
– Use the same Apple ID / Google account used for payment
• Restart or reinstall the app;
– Close app completely → reopen
– Or uninstall → reinstall to force sync
• Check payment issues;
– If payment failed or was rejected, access may be blocked
Gather evidence;
• Collect:
– Payment receipt
– Subscription confirmation
– Screenshot showing locked content
Contact support immediately;
• Contact:
– FlareFlow support ([email protected])
• Write:
– “I was charged but my subscription is not فعال. Please activate it or refund my payment.”
