Check how your lessons are booked;

• See if your lessons are:
– Auto-assigned
– Trial-based
– Booked with multiple tutors
• Screenshot your current schedule

Review your subscription plan;

• Some plans rotate tutors automatically
• Check if your package allows choosing a fixed tutor
• Confirm whether “auto-matching” is enabled

Manually book the same tutor;

• Go to Tutors / Teachers
• Select your preferred tutor
• Book recurring weekly slots (same day/time)
• Reserve multiple sessions in advance

Communicate with the tutor;
