On May 2, 2024, I earned $970 in the live casino section of the Fixbet website and requested a withdrawal. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was told that I first needed to wager the main balance within the casino section before being allowed to transfer funds to another area.
I did not have any bonuses or promotions active on my account at the time.
Even though I fulfilled all the stated conditions, my balance was reset to zero, and I was unable to withdraw my winnings. When I contacted customer support, they initially insisted that this rule applied, but later claimed that no such rule actually existed.
Afterward, I sent another email, but received no response.
I am requesting that my winnings of $970 be paid to me in full and that this unfair situation be resolved immediately.
