For about two months, I have been experiencing ongoing issues on the Fixbet gaming site, and these problems have caused me significant frustration. First, the site gave me a $0 bonus, but after receiving this bonus, the site repeatedly kicked me out of games. When I switched to another game, my balance appeared as 0, so assuming it was a system error, I deposited $5, and with that amount, I increased my balance to $23.
Later on, I wanted to play the games I liked — the same ones that had previously kicked me out. I played only briefly and switched to another game, and then I was told that I “left the game idle” and violated a rule. But it was the site that kicked me out; I did not leave the game intentionally. My total balance eventually reached $159, but Fixbet deleted the entire $159 from my account and refunded only the $5 I had deposited.
When I contacted live support, they claimed there was no bonus, and if there had been, it would have been automatically added. They insisted that this was the site's rule and that I had violated it. However, the game crashes, the 0-balance display, and the fact that I couldn’t play certain games were all system-related issues — yet the support agent refused to listen and even removed me from the chat. In addition, my weekly bonuses have not been assigned for a long time.
I request that Fixbet restore the $159 they deleted from my account, return my full deposit and winnings without deductions, and assign my missing bonuses in accordance with the platform’s rules.
