Today, I submitted a withdrawal request of 14,016.85₺ on the Fixbet platform. Despite the fact that I did not play any games, my request was rejected with the excuse that my account showed “gameplay activity.” This is simply untrue and a deliberate way to avoid paying. In the past, I successfully completed three withdrawals from Fixbet, but yesterday I also experienced a similar issue with a deposit transaction. When I contacted customer service, they completely denied responsibility, stating that “there is no issue on our side” and refused to help.

There were no bonuses, campaigns, or special conditions tied to this withdrawal—it was a standard transaction. Refusing to pay out with fabricated reasons is unacceptable.
