Matbet Refuses to Close Account and Stop Unwanted Contact

I registered on the Matbet site with the username “AKAMİNK***” and although I even played games and used the account, I have been trying to close my membership on a permanent basis for a long time. I first requested that my account be closed around November 2025, but despite this, my membership is still not closed. Since that date, I have repeatedly written to them by e‑mail and contacted live support many times specifically to have my account permanently closed and my information deleted. However, my requests are constantly ignored with template and automatic responses, and I feel that I am being deliberately stalled. Despite clearly stating that I do not want to use the platform, they continue to contact me. Although I have repeatedly requested closure and deletion, Matbet continues to send me SMS, e‑mails and messages constantly and I am also being called. I do not want to receive any further commercial or informative messages and I do not want my personal data to be kept or processed any longer. I request that my Matbet account be permanently closed without delay, that all my personal data on the system be completely and irreversibly deleted, and that SMS, e‑mail, calls and all other communications to my side be immediately and definitively stopped.
