Yalla Ludo Missing Diamonds Not Credited After Purchase

On 18/06/2026 at around 3:41 pm Dubai time, I purchased 5000 diamonds in the Yalla Ludo game through Apple services on my iPhone SE, using Google Pay, from the India Apple App Store. The amount of 1099 INR was successfully deducted from my account, but the 5000 diamonds were not delivered to my Yalla Ludo account. Despite the payment going through, my in‑game balance has not increased and I still have not received the product I paid for. I have already informed support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that the missing 5000 diamonds be delivered to my Yalla Ludo account as soon as possible, or that you coordinate with Yalla Ludo to ensure that my purchase is fulfilled without any further delay.
