Balance Not Added After Google Pay Payment

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with the game Teen Patti Qaeda Master, where my balance was not added after payment. On 20/06/2026, I made a payment of 300 INR through Google Pay to add balance in the game, but the amount was not credited to my game account. The Google Pay transaction reference for this payment is 617135138007. Despite the payment being successfully completed on Google Pay, I did not receive the corresponding balance in Teen Patti Qaeda Master. I contacted support, but I was not guided properly and the problem remains unresolved. I request that the missing balance equivalent to 300 INR be refunded to my in‑game account as soon as possible, or that you otherwise ensure the amount I paid is correctly reflected in my game balance.
