Deposit Missing Despite Blockchain Confirmation

My 89 USDT deposit has not been credited to my account balance on your platform, even though the transaction is completed on the blockchain. My user ID is 419***. On June 20, 2026, at 11:30, I transferred exactly 89 USDT using the TRON (TRC20) network to the address TKrMTdAGfB3vzSJYbuJhi2fT9eDRkX3Lpo as a deposit to my account. The transaction status is marked as “Succeeded” in my wallet, and the blockchain clearly shows that the transfer is complete. The transaction hash is 1ba63cbd56795442b1a732e8fe54c397949763c7679f6a5e32df30369gf37fe4. Despite this, my account balance on your platform remains at zero and the 89 USDT has not been reflected anywhere in my account. I contacted your customer support via chat, but the only response I received was to keep waiting, without any concrete explanation or effective assistance, even though TRC20 transfers are normally confirmed very quickly. I find it unacceptable that a successfully completed blockchain transaction has still not been credited to my account. I request that this issue be urgently escalated to your finance or technical team, that the above transaction hash and the deposit address be manually checked, and that the 89 USDT be credited to my account without any further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation for this delay and confirmation once the funds have been added to my balance.
