Fitme App Not Working After Payment — Login and Refund Problem
On October 25, 2025, I made a $6 payment to the Fitme app. The payment was immediately withdrawn from my account, but I have not been able to log into the app since then. My Turk Telekom mobile line is currently disconnected, which prevents access. I was provided with a Google login password, but even with that, I couldn’t access my account.
Because of this issue, I was never able to use the service at all. Despite canceling the subscription right away, the ₺239 ($6) charge still appeared on my bill, meaning I paid for nothing.
I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that my payment be fully refunded.
