On Tuesday, October 28, at 8:15 PM, I purchased the Fisher Price L&L “Grow-With-Me” Educational Tablet – Turkish Version from the Avlu 34 store. After buying it, I noticed that the volume was extremely low, so the next day after work I went back to the store to request a refund. Instead of accepting the return, they told me they would repair the product.
When the item was returned to me, it looked like it had simply been wiped with a wet tissue and still had visible stains on it. The sound problem was still not fixed. On top of that, when the device is set to the third volume level, it begins to glitch—it keeps restarting the audio midway instead of stopping properly. This issue happens frequently and unpredictably.
When I tried to send it for repair again, I was told, “You need to come tomorrow,” and they did not offer any real assistance. My invoice number is 40366797. I was also not given a clear explanation about whether the product is under warranty.
I request that the issue be resolved and that I receive a full refund for the product I bought with excitement for my child.
